Managing a Fix & Flip or other real estate project is stressful, even if you are just doing one project. Running multiple projects at the same time can feel even more daunting. Whether you're managing one project or more, we're here to take some work off of your plate. Once you are under contract on a property, we will meet with you to discuss your budget, after-repair-value, and design goals. We will walk the property with you and be with you every step of the way with weekly walkthroughs, contractor coordination & communication, timeline management, ordering, and budget tracking to ensure there is no overrun when possible. We can even handle construction draws from hard money lenders.

Strategic Management & Implementation

If you find that you have major bottlenecks preventing you from scaling, your business has out-scaled its operations, or you don't have a good place where your systems "live," that's where we come in.

Systems Rescue

If your business has out-scaled its operations and it is daunting to try and catch up on your own, we will meet with you for a whole day (usually about 8 hours) to strategically find where your system is lacking and create/implement a 30-90 day plan to bring your operations to the level your business has grown.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I hire a project manager if I am working with a GC who has their own team?

Absolutely! As the project manager, we work with the GC and their team of subcontractors to ensure the project runs smoothly. We handle all of the phone calls from the GC, help with ordering material as needed, and do much more on the back-end while the GC manages the construction work.

What is your fee for project management?

This depends largely on the size and scope of the project, but generally speaking, for a project that will take 1-3 months, we charge a flat fee of $5,000 per project. Depending on scope of work, projects longer than 4 months will go up from there.

How does onboarding work? Do you work with my existing systems?

We start with a discovery call to understand your business, followed by a clear onboarding process to align systems, priorities, and communication—so support is seamless from day one. Yes, we work with your existing systems so you are not starting over at square one. Our job is to keep your current systems organized and implement new processes as needed.

How do we communicate and track work?

We use shared tools, task tracking, and regular check-ins to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment.

Do you work hourly or on a retainer?

Most clients work with us on a monthly retainer for consistency and scalability. Hourly support is available if you don't need as much support or for busy times when you need extra support but don't need a retainer. See Pricing for more details.
