Managing a Fix & Flip or other real estate project is stressful, even if you are just doing one project. Running multiple projects at the same time can feel even more daunting. Whether you're managing one project or more, we're here to take some work off of your plate. Once you are under contract on a property, we will meet with you to discuss your budget, after-repair-value, and design goals. We will walk the property with you and be with you every step of the way with weekly walkthroughs, contractor coordination & communication, timeline management, ordering, and budget tracking to ensure there is no overrun when possible. We can even handle construction draws from hard money lenders.
Absolutely! As the project manager, we work with the GC and their team of subcontractors to ensure the project runs smoothly. We handle all of the phone calls from the GC, help with ordering material as needed, and do much more on the back-end while the GC manages the construction work.
This depends largely on the size and scope of the project, but generally speaking, for a project that will take 1-3 months, we charge a flat fee of $5,000 per project. Depending on scope of work, projects longer than 4 months will go up from there.
We use shared tools, task tracking, and regular check-ins to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment.
