These are our hourly rates and monthly retainer prices. No purchase necessary until we have met and made sure we are a good fit for you. 30-Day Trial- $400
This 30-Day Trial period is to show you what a business manager can do for your business and make sure we are a good fit together. At the end of the 30 day trial, we will have a strategy session to discuss the trial period and if you want to move forward with us. If you choose to move forward, you will then purchase our hourly package or decide to go to a monthly retainer. During this 30-day trial, we provide:
A Discovery call first to go over your business, goals, existing systems, and what you would like improved in your business.
Bookkeeping catch-up. You can send us your expenses (usually in the form of a bank statement with your information blocked out) and we will input it into an organized google sheet.
CRM clean-up and management
Hourly Rate- $55/hr
The hourly rate is mainly for business owners who don't necessarily need support on a monthly basis but would like to book hours during peak season, or need to catch up on the back-end management of the business. The hourly rate is also used for additional hours needed beyond the amount of hours on the monthly retainer.

Packages are based on hours scheduled, not task-based. Hours do not roll over month to month and monthly retainer is paid on the same day each month. Additional hours can be added on at an hourly rate of $55/hour

Project-Based- $5,000-$10,000+
Price for Project-based services is dependent on the scope of the project. Most fix & flips will be in the $5,000 range while multi-family, ground up, or commercial projects will be in the $10,000+ range due to scope and size of the project.
